How
we work
Over
many years John has developed his practice methods to deliver the most focussed,
concentrated and effective attention to his clients. His regular and consistent
practice of self-hypnosis keeps his mind refreshed and his attention keen.
To prove that he walks his talk, he used self-hypnosis instead of a chemical
anaesthetic when having hernia repair surgery in 2005! Click

John's
use of hypnotherapy means that a wealth of material is generated in sessions,
from vivid memories of early key life events to analysis of core life beliefs,
experiences of deep hypnosis and powerful positive re-programming methods. Because
of these extensive resources available for therapeutic work, the sessions are
an hour and a half long. John's aim in each session is to achieve a significant
progression so that you gain hope and belief in your own powers for change and
experience the results for yourself in between sessions.
